| The AGAPE Center has two very special people, whose initials are LB and who are both involved in NCD program in Russia:
LB ¹1
Leonid Boichenko received his university training as a military surgeon. He has worked with the Agape Center since 1995. He is 42 years old and has a wonderful family. His wife Marina is a creative homemaker and a caring spiritual mentor and counselor for many other women. His son and daughter are both students of the Medical Academy.
Leonid was introduced to NCD in 1998. He became a believer in 1991 and for 7 years served as his pastor's assistant, so he has first-hand knowledge of church ministry and leadership. In his work he seeks to foster and facilitate positive changes in Russian churches and to provide better education and training for Christian leaders.
Testing churches, helping them to determine their minimum factor and set their priorities - all this leads to a new mental paradigm among church leaders. They gradually move from sporadic, conformist and reactive patterns to analysis, planning and recognizing the uniqueness of each church fellowship.
LB ¹2
Ludmila Borisova. An amazing woman and an excellent assistant. Before coming to work with AGAPE, she used to work as a typesetter in one of the leading Nizhny Novgorod newspapers. This little woman carries out an important and weighty task: she is responsible for entering all the data from NCD questionnaires into the computer. Her professional skills make it possible for her to process one or even two sets of questionnaires a day. She is a very reponsible worker, thorough and resolute, but her family and church know her as an sweet and charming lady, kind, affable and open-hearted.
Her home group is definitely growing, and its meetings are always fascinating. Ludmila adores gardening and loves to spend weekends at her summer dacha. She often invites Christian brothers and sisters to her dacha for overnight prayer meetings, celebrations or simply to have some rest and recreation. She is an attentive listener and a competent counselor, and when there is a need to pray for someone's healing, she is always the main initiator of such prayer gatherings within AGAPE.
