A) Those Christian leaders, organisations or church unions, that desire to work on NCD independently, must acquire a special license which would give them the status of licensed partners of the NCD Program. The cost of the license is $300. The cost of the special computer equipment for processing questionnaires is $200. Licensed partners receive a 35% discount on all NCD books and materials. Your representative will be able to receive all the necessary training to become a qualified NCD coach, which would not only give him/her a chance to make some money, but also be great fun.

B) Agape Center NCD Representatives are those people who are well-versed in the NCD Program, enthusiastic about it and see it as a helpful tool for developing churches throughout Russia. A regional representative functions as a "connecting link" between the Agape Center and individual churches. This representative also has an opportunity to make some money, as s/he receives a 20% commission on all his/her sales of NCD literature - which is a considerable sum, if you look at the costs of our books and services.

Such representatives do not conduct church surveys. Their responsibility is to sell the NCD materials (questionnaires) to churches, and then to collect the completed questionnaires and forward them to the Agape Center, which, in its turn, provides the survey results and recommendations. These representatives may also function as NCD coaches or guides, assisting the churches as they begin to address their minimum factors.

C) In the past year NCD seminars have been a very popular and productive way of working with churches on the NCD program. With the support of the Agape Center, groups of interested pastors held such seminars in their cities, inviting other pastors and lay leaders

The Agape Center NCD experts conduct regular NCD seminars (1, 2 or 3 days - whatever your church/city needs). The organizing committee from the church/city covers the travel, housing and food expenses of the Agape staff workers, invited to facilitate the seminar.

D) Coaching and consulting services are gaining popularity and are more and more frequently provided by various groups, with various agendas and purposes, methods and values. What is the essence of NCD coaching and how is it conducted? The basis and the primary subject of all church coaching and consulting work is an individual person. Each one of us is a responsible agent before God, hence it is important to respect and value individual personality. NCD coaching is directed at the unique situation of a given group of people. The Coach gets to know the history of the specific church and its uniqueness and takes the needs of the church as the starting point of his/her work. Coaching happens in the context of mutual trust, since the process requires honesty and sincerity. Optimal openness and honesty develop in the process of a long-term coaching relationship. Besides, mutual respect can only develop in the context of true freedom, so the Coach muct not push people into any decisions, or manipulate them into taking the direction chosen by the Coach.
